About the role
People Business Partners at Chainlink Labs are embedded in business teams and expected to enable the success of those teams and their leaders.
Our PBPs are truly expected to be the “Chief People Officer” for their teams.
What you'll do
- Gather deep anecdotal feedback from their teams and report it back to the team leader and the Chief People Officer, enabling the Executive Leadership Team to address team member concerns more rapidly and with greater effectiveness and urgency.
What they're looking for
- End-to-end mastery of all People disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, levelling and promotions, and compensation.

That said, their careers page is very Chainlink-focused and what prospective employees can provide Chainlink, rather than employee-focused and what Chainlink can provide prospective employees. I'd love to see a bit more about how they feel about empowering employees.
I also don't know what "temporary working abroad" means as a perk. If Chainlink could clarify, I would appreciate it. To me this sounds like they only let you work as a digital nomad part-time, which doesn't make sense for a WFA company. I'd love to hear more from the company.
