Join Jobbatical's account internship program and become the day-to-day contact for a group of our customers. A part-time internship for someone who enjoys building relationships and solving small problems before they grow.
Our team is on a mission to make moving to a new country as easy as booking a flight. We use AI and automation to make the employee visa and relocation process faster and less expensive, so businesses can hire whoever they want, from wherever they want.
Jobbatical is the go-to immigration and relocation partner for tech startups and traditional companies alike. We help clients like N26, Pipedrive, and Perk relocate people to 30+ countries.
What you'll do
- Renew customers to a new term of collaboration
- Check in regularly with your customers by email, LinkedIn and phone
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date
- Notice when a customer has gone quiet, and find out how we can help
- Answer first questions and pass complex ones to the right colleague
- Flag customers who are ready for more support, so senior colleagues can step in
- Share a short weekly update with the team
What they're looking for
- A student in business, economics, communications, HR, international relations or a related field
- Fluent English, with clear and friendly writing
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and numbers
- Organised, curious and proactive
- No sales experience needed
Nice to have
- A second European language
