About the role
Nethermind is looking for a seasoned IT leader to take ownership of its entire Internal IT Department, spanning Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Security, IAM, and FinOps.
This hands-on leadership role owns the internal/corporate technology estate that the whole company runs on and reports directly to the CIO. Nethermind is a fully remote Web3 company operating across 50+ countries.
What you'll do
- Own the developer platform, identity, security posture, and infrastructure spend.
- Serve as the central point of coordination for everything internal infrastructure.
- Manage people, drive strategy, and break down silos between DevOps and the wider organisation.
- Be the go-to person for C-level and group leads on infrastructure matters.
- Partner closely with client-facing blockchain infrastructure operations teams.
