About the role
ProWritingAid serves over one million writers around the world, helping creative writers plan, write, edit and publish their novels. We’re a profitable SaaS company with a fast-growing user base. Our team is 100% remote, primarily based in the UK and Europe.
Our mission is to become the essential tool for creative writers.
We are looking for a Paid Social Performance Marketer to take complete ownership of our paid social channels. This is a full-time, remote role (UK or EUR), reporting to marketing leadership and working closely with our creative and content functions.
What you'll do
- Drive the strategy for growing paid activity on Meta and YouTube, while investigating and launching campaigns on emerging platforms like TikTok Ads.
- Ideate and pitch fresh campaign concepts and tests.
- Project manage internal team members to secure creative assets, including videos, images and copy.
- Build campaigns directly within the platforms and optimize performance.
- Conduct deep-dive reporting to identify meaningful insights and trends, inform strategy, and iterate.
- Work closely with creative and content functions to ensure paid acquisition runs efficiently at scale.
- Experiment, innovate, and launch brand-new paid channels like TikTok Ads and Reddit Ads from the ground up.

- An end-to-end operator able to take complete ownership of paid social channels.
- Able to dive deep analytically and pull out meaningful insights and trends, beyond surface-level platform metrics.
- Hands-on inside ad platforms, launching campaigns and tests you have ideated and pitched.
- Able to conceptualize ads and marshal other team members to produce videos, images and copy.
