About the role
Sumsub is the first AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations at scale. It connects identity and business verification, fraud prevention, transaction monitoring, and risk workflows, helping teams reduce manual work and enter new markets.
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Ops Solutions Specialist to help us build and maintain automations, integrations, and AI-powered solutions across our marketing stack. You will work alongside our Marketing Ops Solutions Architect and take ownership of technical projects where the architecture is already clear.
This is a technical, hands-on role for someone who enjoys figuring out how systems work and making repetitive processes disappear.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain automations and integrations using n8n
- Connect marketing tools through APIs, webhooks, and native integrations
- Improve and refactor existing workflows
- Troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues
- Automate repetitive processes across the marketing team
- Build AI-powered workflows and internal tools
- Experiment with new AI use cases and turn useful ones into working solutions
- Work with CRM, Growth, Analytics, Web, and other teams on technical projects
What they're looking for
- Experience building automations or integrations
- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and data transformations
- Basic JavaScript or similar scripting experience
- Ability to independently troubleshoot technical problems
- Experience working with AI beyond simply using ChatGPT, such as LLM APIs or AI workflows
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools quickly
Nice to have
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience
- Experience with marketing technology
- Experience building AI agents or other LLM-powered workflows
