    About the role

We combine virtual teams with a support structure that encourages innovation, social interaction, and fun. We are a fast-paced company that sees no borders and is never afraid to break the mold.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Creative Operations Manager to own the operational side of the creative process from intake through delivery. You will bring structure to complexity and ensure projects are well-defined and delivered on time.

    What you'll do

    • Serve as primary operations partner for complex creative projects including advertising campaigns, video, podcasts, and social initiatives.
    • Own project planning and execution from intake through delivery, including developing roadmaps, timelines, and milestones.
    • Manage the weekly intake process to ensure projects are clearly defined, scoped, and prioritized before kickoff.
    • Partner with Creative Leads to balance business priorities, resources, and deadlines while resolving capacity constraints.
    • Facilitate project kickoffs and weekly status meetings, documenting decisions and next steps.
    • Provide regular reporting on project health, identifying overdue, at-risk, or blocked work.
    • Proactively identify risks and develop solutions to keep projects on track.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency across the Creative Team.

    What they're looking for

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 5+ years of project or creative operations experience within an agency, design studio, or creative department.
    • Demonstrated experience managing multiple creative projects with competing priorities.
    • Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana, Jira, Trello, or Monday.com.
    • Strong understanding of creative workflows and ability to translate business needs into project plans.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
