About the role
Kit is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the builders team, which owns the core publishing platform for creators: email templates, landing pages, forms, newsletter sites, and more.
You’ll help enable creators to make and send high-impact, visually appealing, on-brand, and delightful content at scale. This is a full-time senior IC role, owning key product surfaces end-to-end that touch hundreds of thousands of creators and more than a billion subscribers.
You’ll report to Katie Swett Miller, Chief Product Officer, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales teams.
What you'll do
- Own key product surfaces end-to-end, from identifying opportunities to shipping products.
- Partner across functions to ensure alignment between product experiences and go-to-market efforts.
- First week: Dive into Kit’s product ecosystem, Builders surfaces, and current tooling for measuring content quality and creator output. Attend Get-To-Know-You meetings with cross-functional partners and learn tools like Linear, Mixpanel, Omni, and the design/prototyping stack.
- First month: Build rituals, dive into the products, meet with a customer, and ship your first feature in close partnership with engineering, design, and marketing.
- First six months: Establish a point of view on how we win in the industry and what success looks like for the team and product space. Help engineers and the broader company understand progress towards those goals.
- First year: Lead major initiatives from conception through successful launch, impacting customers and the business.
