About the role
Bounteous is a global AI Services firm where agentic engineering and human experience converge to deliver transformative business outcomes for the enterprise. With more than 5,000 team members worldwide, we help organizations design, build, and scale AI-driven products, platforms, and processes.
The Engagement Lead owns the client relationship at the delivery level and pulls the engagement toward real business outcomes. They shape client leadership needs into a prioritized, well-defined scope, sitting between the CIO's office and our Snowflake and Power BI work as a strategic partner.
What you'll do
- Define use cases with client stakeholders, uncover the decisions each report needs to drive, and lock down the use case before anything hits the backlog.
- Sequence the 13+ dashboards and the underlying data remediation by business value.
- Produce clear, testable business requirements. Ensure every dashboard has a named owner, a defined purpose, a descriptive title, and a consistent layout.
- Own quality end to end and catch any broken reports immediately.
- Engage the CIO and business stakeholders directly.
- Work hand in hand, day to day, with the Snowflake remediation and Power BI teams, holding the line on scope and standards.
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols.
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on their impact on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information.
Nice to have
- Has led enterprise data warehouse engagements end to end, ideally on Snowflake with Power BI as the reporting layer.
- A true requirements and use-case thinker — not just a project coordinator.
- Thrives with demanding senior clients (CIO/CFO/COO level) and builds trust fast.
- Not afraid to say no, and able to defend a priority call under pressure.
- Sharp data quality instincts — catches UTM, integration, and pipeline issues before they become problems.
