Constructor's careers page is 90% employee-first in its verbiage, with a few tiny blurbs at the bottom about the company's core values. They are PITCHING prospects. Bravo. And guess what? They are going to get the best talent that works the hardest and doesn't leave the company. With a 94% employee retention rate and 4.7 stars on Glassdoor, I completely buy it. Note to companies out there still promoting themselves as company/vision-first, take note. This is how you build a strong team and generate revenue.
