The hot takeJeff's read on Superside
If I see another company that has more than 90% of its career page content that talks about the company mission rather than prospective employees, I'm flat out dropping them from our database. Listen, do THIS: Why does that work? Because they are prioritizing outcomes rather than worthless things like location, looking "busy", and keeping employees happy. Say it with me: Offices don't generate more revenue, it makes old schoolers happy because they have no idea how a business is meant to operate. Empowered to work your way
Commutes? Uncomfy office chairs? Dress codes? Nope. We know amazing things happen when you’re free to work in a way that suits you.
Being customer-obsessed, we thrive in a remote work environment with a culture of autonomy and innovation that allows you to focus on what matters: your best work.
