About the role
At WorkMotion, we're building the future of work: helping ambitious companies hire, onboard and manage the best people anywhere in the world, through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Remote-first, fast-paced, people-driven and globally connected, we empower businesses to build teams beyond borders.
As our Junior Account Executive UK & Ireland, your mission is to open up the world's talent pool to UK and Irish companies. This is a Junior AE role, built for a top-performer who's ready to close their own deals by advising with substance and closing with confidence.
Full-time, remote (within +/- 2 hours of CET). Salary starting from €40,000 OTE per annum gross (60% base / 40% bonus), subject to location, skills and experience.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle in the UK and Ireland, from first conversation to onboarded talent.
- Ask the second and third question. Uncover where, why and how fast a company is hiring, and what's at stake if compliance goes wrong.
- Equip your HR champion with the arguments Finance, Legal and leadership care about, so decision-makers see the value, not just the price.
- Create urgency, negotiate with confidence and keep deals moving.
- Team up with the BDRs to go after the biggest opportunities in your territory.
What they're looking for
- BDR/SDR experience in B2B SaaS, or another target-driven, customer-facing role. You're self-driven, learn fast and know your numbers.
- You've led conversations to uncover a prospect's or client's needs, and you're eager to take them all the way to a signed deal.
- A cold call is a chance, not a threat. You know how to get a busy founder's attention, from a well-timed call after a funding round to a voice note they actually listen to.
- AI is a natural part of how you work, making you faster and sharper every day. Your HubSpot (or similar CRM) is always up to date.
- You ask for feedback and put it into action the same day.
- Native-level English: You communicate with ease and credibility, and you understand what makes UK and Irish buyers tick.
Nice to have
- Experience with HR tech, payroll, EOR or other compliance-heavy solutions.
- First closing experience, for example running your own demos or closing smaller deals.
- Creativity in getting your foot in the door: find a smart way to reach the hiring managers directly, and show them why you're the right person for this role.
