    About the role

Scopic does marketing for its own global software brand and for clients through its digital marketing agency, Scopic Studios. You’ll work on diverse projects across industries, collaborating with a team of 250+ professionals in 60+ countries.

This is a full-time remote Marketing Specialist position for a growth-focused digital marketer with strong PPC expertise and the ability to identify, test, and scale opportunities across multiple marketing channels.

This is an hourly, independent contractor position. Your starting rate is negotiable depending on your skills and experience. Compensation is based solely on hours worked and paid monthly via wire transfer. This position does not include PTO.

    What you'll do

    • Independently plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, paid social, display, and remarketing.
    • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities to improve lead quality, conversion rates, acquisition costs, and return on investment.
    • Plan, implement, and track digital marketing campaigns (email marketing, social media, content, paid campaigns).
    • Develop and execute growth experiments across paid advertising, landing pages, email marketing, content, social media, and other relevant channels.
    • Conduct market, audience, keyword, and competitor research to identify new acquisition and growth opportunities.
    • Write, proofread, and edit SEO-driven content independently (minimal briefs; you’ll research and structure content yourself).
    • Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns for both Scopic and Scopic Studios clients.
    • Optimize web content and campaigns for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
    • Manage multiple projects in parallel while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

    What they're looking for

    • 4+ years of hands-on digital or growth marketing experience across multiple channels.
    • Strong practical expertise in PPC, with proven experience independently managing and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns.
    • Proven experience managing and scaling PPC campaigns with clear, data-backed results.
    • Demonstrated experience improving meaningful performance metrics such as qualified leads, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, cost per lead, ROAS, or revenue.
    • Proven problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset—able to identify challenges and propose smart, data-driven solutions.
    • Experience designing, prioritizing, and evaluating marketing experiments rather than relying only on established campaign routines.
    • Strong understanding of the complete acquisition funnel, from traffic generation and targeting to landing-page conversion, lead quality, and nurturing.
    • Ability to identify the main constraint affecting growth and recommend practical, prioritized solutions.
    • Experience auditing underperforming campaigns, funnels, or channels and turning findings into actionable plans.
    • Strong knowledge of campaign structure, keyword strategy, bidding, targeting, negative keywords, audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation.
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content independently.
    • Broader experience in at least two additional areas such as email marketing, lead generation, conversion optimization, content marketing, SEO, social media, or marketing automation.

    Nice to have

    • Experience with B2B lead generation and longer sales cycles.
    • Experience with landing-page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
    • Experience with email automation, lead nurturing, and CRM-based campaigns.
    • Experience developing or managing structured growth experimentation programs.
    • Familiarity with WordPress, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
    • Familiarity with GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).

The hot takeJeff's read on Scopic

Heads up for developers! This is. your moment! Scopic's careers page says "remote" 9 times and "work from anywhere" once. Remote working structures seem to be part of their DNA. Let me just leave you with this:

"We don’t waste time with pointless meetings or office politics. Instead, our structured workflow allows you to narrow your focus on the tasks in which you perform best."

Eff yes. How about this quote?

Your location. Your schedule. At Scopic, we believe in our developers and know there can be no borders when it comes to working with talented and passionate professionals.

Eat your heart out. The only thing I would like to see more of, is their perks and benefits package.
