About the role
We're hiring an Executive Assistant to run the day-to-day of the CEO's and Chief of Staff's office.
This is a foundational role for someone who wants a front-row seat to how a fast-growing, AI-powered creative company operates at the top.
What you'll do
- Own their calendars, correspondence, and deck production, so both leaders can spend their time on the highest-leverage work.
- Keep two senior leaders moving fast, while the Chief of Staff owns the strategy, agenda, and outcomes behind the work.
What they're looking for
- Pair sharp logistical execution with the judgment to know what needs escalating and what doesn't.

The hot takeJeff's read on Superside
If I see another company that has more than 90% of its career page content that talks about the company mission rather than prospective employees, I'm flat out dropping them from our database. Listen, do THIS: Why does that work? Because they are prioritizing outcomes rather than worthless things like location, looking "busy", and keeping employees happy. Say it with me: Offices don't generate more revenue, it makes old schoolers happy because they have no idea how a business is meant to operate. Empowered to work your way
