About the role
We're looking for a Senior IT Agile Project Manager who goes beyond managing timelines to take ownership of technology execution and business results. You'll join our PMO team to lead cross-functional IT initiatives and connect business strategy with technology delivery.
Your mission is to turn complexity into execution, align teams around priorities, and ensure technology projects deliver measurable business impact while optimizing the frameworks and processes that enable our teams to operate at scale.
What you'll do
- Lead multiple technology projects and programs from planning through launch, ensuring quality, timelines, and business outcomes.
- Translate business priorities and OKRs into actionable project roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
- Coordinate Scrum ceremonies, optimize sprint execution, and improve team productivity across IT squads.
- Manage project dependencies, resource allocation, priorities, risks, and delivery commitments across teams.
- Coordinate ERP and integration initiatives, supporting development workflows and IT business processes.
- Champion Trafilea's Operational Framework and continuously improve project management processes and team efficiency.
- Align IT leaders, Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to drive accountability and decisions.
- Support quarterly planning, backlog management, squad structures, and prioritization methodologies.
- Monitor KPIs, project dashboards, and execution progress, driving data-informed improvements through Asana.
