About the role

We’re looking for a PPAEC & Business Excellence Director to act as the execution architect of the company—designing the operational framework that turns strategy into clear priorities, accountable initiatives, and measurable results.
What you'll do
- Design, evolve, and own Trafilea’s operational framework, connecting strategic planning, execution governance, portfolio management, and process excellence.
- Translate company strategy and OKRs into clear initiatives with owners, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Own visibility and governance across the strategic initiative portfolio, prioritizing high-impact work and eliminating unnecessary complexity.
- Strengthen Quarterly Planning, aligning company priorities, team roadmaps, resources, and execution capacity.
- Build dashboards, KPIs, and governance routines that give leadership clear visibility into execution, risks, progress, and results.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and redesign processes to improve speed, collaboration, transparency, and execution reliability.
- Lead and develop the PMO, Process, and Audit teams, building stronger execution capabilities and accountability.
- Act as a strategic execution partner to senior leadership, driving cross-functional alignment across Growth, Tech, Finance, and Operations.
- Drive AI adoption and automation across planning, reporting, execution tracking, and operational workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
