About the role
At Yodo1, we don’t just grow games—we help turn them into household names. With billions of downloads across our portfolio, we’ve spent more than a decade shaping the growth of iconic titles.
Yodo1 is looking for a Player Support Representative fluent in both Chinese and English, to support our Chinese & English language games.
We are fully remote by design and we WFA: Work From Anywhere. We care about impact, not titles.
What you'll do
- Handle player inquiries across channels (email, in-game ticketing, live chat, social media).
- Maintain and update the player-facing knowledge base and FAQ.
- Collaborate with QA, dev, and community teams to surface recurring issues and player sentiment.
- Monitor support metrics (response time, resolution rate, CSAT) and hit SLA targets.
- Identify patterns in player feedback and contribute to product improvement proposals.
What they're looking for
- Native-level Chinese and exceptional English writing and communication skills.
- A strong interest in gaming, particularly mobile gaming.
- Experience in player support and familiarity with CS tools (Zendesk, AiHelp, WeChat, etc.).
- Ability to empathize with frustrated players while staying solution-oriented.
- Focused on impact: understand the 80/20 rule and focus on activities that matter.
- Performance-driven and growth-oriented; unafraid to try, fail, and learn by experimenting with new approaches and testing ideas.
- Cooperative: help others succeed and give and receive feedback well.
- Relentlessly curious: ask questions.
- Humble: ask for help and be quick to admit and learn from mistakes.
- Work and communicate in ways that are Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Relevant, and Time-bound.

The hot takeJeff's read on Yodo1
I just added Yodo1 to the Anywhere Atlas a couple months ago, and how I had missed them before is a travesty. Their entire careers page is about employees, not the company. Even better, they talk ad nauseam about working remotely (which is always good for me).
"We love games, we play games, we grow games—from anywhere in the world. Will you add the next country to our map?"
And this: "We don't care about titles, your location, or the hours you work—only your impact on helping developers grow their games." I could NOT word that any better myself, after seeing thousands of careers pages. Oh, and can I get an AMEN for a clear remote work policy?
Work From Anywhere We trust you to decide where and when you work—no matter where in the world.
And of course I love their stance on remote work: "Travel when and where you like, get paid in your currency of choice, and enjoy flexible hours and unlimited paid time off."
